Great spacious room. The only problem we had was our refrigerator/ freezer did not work. They said they would send a repair person. After an hour they decided to move us, which we did not. It would have been an inconvenience to move to another floor.

Was really impressed with this hotel. We needed a short term stay and were quickly accommodated. The receptionist was very nice, and every staff member was courteous and understanding about our pets. The breakfast isn’t anything to write home about, but otherwise the bed was comfortable, there was hot water and the AC worked great.

The place is excellent, great location and easy access to D.C. The breakfast was great, great variety and everyday they changed and brought new items. The staff was very attentive, the only reason I don't give 5 stars is because we spent 3 nights and there was supposed to be cleaning service on the second night and we didn't get any.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at the Home2 Suites in Woodbridge, and I especially want to highlight the exceptional service from Mary at the front desk. From the moment we arrived, Mary was incredibly kind, welcoming, and courteous. She had all of my packages ready the second I checked in, which made the start of our trip so smooth. I also had a small issue with the shower, and Mary immediately jumped into action with a solution—no hesitation, no hassle. Truly outstanding customer service. The hotel itself was great for families. My kids loved the pool, and we all enjoyed the breakfast, especially the Impossible sausage option, which was a fantastic surprise. The entire stay was comfortable, fun, and stress-free. Highly recommend this location—and huge shoutout to Mary for making our stay even better!

Rashid is polite, knowledgeable, and very professional. He’s a great representative for this hotel and has a kind presence. Michael on the night shift was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The cleaning staff is courteous but I would like the room turned down more often than twice a week, especially considering how lived in these suites are - I can’t even begin to think about how some of these rooms with kids or pets look after 3 full days! But the house keepers do a very nice job when its time to tidy up and I am provided with extra towels and amenities when requested. The hallways are hot and muggy but the ac blows pretty cold in the rooms which is great in the summer. This is my go-to Hilton when working in this area.

This is nice hotel with reliable service and a nice pool, gym, and laundry. The breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and staff is friendly.

I've stayed at many Home2's. This one was my least favorite, but that didn't make it bad. The room was nice, but there was a used toothbrush laying on the floor. That certainly concerned me about the cleanliness of the entire room. The other less than outstanding issue was the breakfast. This seems to be a theme at Home2. The food was cold and there is no microwave to heat things up. Overall, it's still a great place to stay, but it would be nice if they fixed their breakfast issues.

It’s perfect for us with three beds but this room is supposed to be Ada compliant and if that’s true if you had a wheelchair you wouldn’t be able to get in the bathroom. The pillows suck. We have five guest and they only gave us four towels and you can only get them at the front. The pull out coach isn’t comfortable. The incidents fee is 100 dollars a night so be ready for that. Cause I wasn’t.
